Heading out early to my digital scrapbooking conference in Salt Lake City. Stopping off at Zion National Park for a photo shoot. Here are a couple of pics from the web and a quote from some reading I've done:
'Even though you are far from what the world calls your home - an address, a phone number, a pile of useless junk called property - you realize you are at last home. Definition of home? The place where you feel secure, and loved and happy. That is Zion National Park - scarlet walls stretching beyond belief, sheer slabs of weathered rock, cascading waterfalls, a clear river running over cobblestone, giant ponderosas and cottonwoods, a quiet and protected inner valley'.
Hope I can do the place justice behind the lens! Pics to follow.
